Jeric started playing drums as a 12-year-old and was mainly self taught after being shown some fundamental rudiments by his dad. Jeric was then either singing or playing drums in school bands and school musicals.

Sporting a damn fine ‘mullet’ and with drumming influences from Barriemore Barlow (Jethro Tull) and Jack Ryan (Marcus King Band), amongst others, Jeric joined a pub rock cover band called Blind Tiger and began gigging around the yowie country of the NSW-QLD hinterland in the late 1980s.

Taking breaks from music for the odd demanding career, Jeric has played drums and sung harmonies in a number of pub rock cover, jazz and original bands in Queensland, the United Kingdom and WA ever since.
